The Volcano website ("site") is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Volcano site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Volcano site. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.
To register with Volcano you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Return Policy & Instructions
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within fourteen days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer including our Sale periods.
